Eligibility and agreement
MRI is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By accessing or using MRI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your authenticated account and for keeping access to it private. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not impersonate another person or attempt to enter another member’s account or reports.
Permission and consent
Only submit another person’s birth details when you have permission to use them. Do not forward invitations or report links in ways that violate someone’s privacy, safety, or reasonable expectations. Shared connection reports require each participant’s consent.
Appropriate use
You may use MRI for personal reflection and relationship discernment. You may not scrape or reproduce report libraries, reverse engineer calculations, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, harass another person, or use MRI to make automated decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, health care, or legal rights.
Interpretive service, not professional advice
MRI and LACE do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Results are not scientific diagnoses or guarantees. Relationship decisions remain yours. Behaviour, conversation, context, safety, and lived experience remain essential.
Intellectual property
MRI, LACE™, Love Gates™, The New Love Languages™, the Real Attraction Pyramid™, report structures, explanatory text, visual identity, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Jazchezit Consulting Inc. Personal access does not transfer intellectual-property rights or permit commercial reproduction.
Expanded Report purchases and refunds
Expanded Reports are one-time digital purchases delivered through your MRI account. If you are charged more than once, delivery fails, or a serious technical defect prevents the report from working as described, contact MRI Support. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Dissatisfaction with an interpretation or score alone is not normally a basis for a refund because MRI does not promise a particular result or relationship outcome.
A full refund removes access to the paid Expanded Report. Your free Compact Report remains available. If a payment is formally disputed, paid access may be paused while the payment provider reviews it and restored if the dispute is resolved in MRI’s favour. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Calculations may be corrected when source data, doctrine, or technical implementation changes. We will take reasonable care with saved records, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Enforcement and contact
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, intellectual property, or legal compliance. Questions about these terms can be raised through Support & Privacy Requests.
