Who is responsible for your information
My Relationship Intelligence, including LACE™, is operated by Jazchezit Consulting Inc. References to “MRI,” “we,” or “us” mean Jazchezit Consulting Inc.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and authentication status supplied through MRI’s secure identity service.
- Birth profile information: your preferred name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, and whether the recorded time is exact or approximate.
- Relationship records: connection names, relationship type, invitation state, consent records, and report status.
- Reports and interpretations: Love Gates configurations, LACE dimensions, Alignment Index results, and report interpretations.
- Preference and access records: communication choices, temporary Love Gates sharing links, expiry, revocation, and whether a link was opened.
- Lean product learning: first-touch source, a small set of report or feature interactions, and any optional meaningful-moment response you choose to provide.
- Operational information: timestamps and technical information needed to protect, deliver, diagnose, and improve the service.
Why we use it
We use personal information to authenticate your account, calculate and preserve reports you request, operate consent-based connection journeys, maintain your preferences, protect private access, provide support, and diagnose service problems. We do not use private birth details to advertise to you.
How MRI learns without reading your private content
MRI records a limited set of product signals, such as whether a report was opened, more than one dimension was explored, or a saved JoanAI conversation was resumed. Optional questions may ask whether MRI supported clearer evaluation, conversation, or decision-making. These records never include report text, JoanAI message content, birth details, or a partner’s personal information.
What another person can see
Your raw birth profile is private to your account. A shared Alignment Report becomes available only after both participants consent. It contains relationship insights and calculated dimensions, not either person’s raw birth details. A Love Gates report is shared only when its owner creates a temporary link. That link does not expose account information, birth details, Connections, or other MRI records.
Service providers and calculation systems
MRI uses contracted infrastructure and authentication providers to run the service. Birth inputs are sent to the protected LACE calculation service when a report is requested. Providers may process information only for the service functions assigned to them, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
Retention
Guest Love Gates inputs and reports are held temporarily for up to 24 hours unless the report is claimed by a signed-in member. Temporary Love Gates sharing links expire after 14 days and can be revoked earlier. Member records are kept while needed to provide the service, preserve consent and report history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect MRI and its members. We remove or de-identify information when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Safeguards
We use account-based access controls, owner checks, expiring links, token hashing, and restricted report queries. No online service can promise absolute security. Please protect your account and share temporary links only with people you trust.
Your choices and access rights
You can review service preferences, separately choose whether to receive future email or SMS marketing, see consent history, and manage active sharing access in your Profile & Privacy Centre. Marketing permission is off by default. You may request access to, or correction of, personal information held about you. Birth profile corrections require a careful recalculation process because they can change existing reports. To begin a request, use the Support & Privacy Requests page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MRI evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Material changes affecting consent or data use will be presented in a form appropriate to the change.
